Happy Monday Business and Accounting Students! Hope the semester is off to a great start thus far. I have had a few questions on the following topics lately, wanted to give you a few updates/deadlines in advance!
1. Are you planning on graduating this Spring Semester? IF so, please fill out THIS form, and submit it to the Student Services department (T-2200) by MARCH 1st, 2013!! As always, if you have any questions as to whether or not you’re actually going to be completing your program- please see me immediately!
2. FAFSA for 2013-2014 Academic Year. Reminder- you must fill out the FAFSA every academic year at www.fafsa.gov. When you fill out the 2013-2014 application, this gives you eligibility for this upcoming Fall Semester. Don’t wait until the last minute to do this- as soon as you do your taxes from 2012, you are eligible to fill this out!
3. Registration for Summer/Fall Semester. Registration for this upcoming Summer and Fall Semester will occur at the same time! Registration begins mid-March with the following schedule:
Monday, March 11th– Students who have 50 or more earned credits
Tuesday, March 12th– Students who have 30 or more earned credits
Wednesday, March 13th– Students who have 20 or more earned credits
Thursday, March 14th– Students who have 10 or more earned credits
Friday, March 15th– Students who have 0 or more earned credits
4. Scholarships… Many people have asked about scholarships. The MCTC Foundation Scholarship information for the 2013-2014 Academic Year will be available in April on THIS website.
